What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit calcitapp.com or email us. It applies only to Calc It App, not to websites we link to.

Information handled when you visit

Calc It App does not use a visitor analytics service, ad tracker, account system, comment form, or newsletter form. We do not set our own tracking cookies.

Our host, Vercel, may process basic technical data to deliver and protect the site. That data can include an IP address, browser and device details, the page requested, the time of the request, a referring page, and security or error logs. Vercel handles that data under its own privacy terms.

When you email us

If you write to hello@calcitapp.com, we receive your email address and anything you put in the message. We use it to read and answer your note, fix an error, or handle a request. We keep correspondence only as long as it remains useful for that purpose or is needed for security or legal records.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to product makers, app stores, research sources, and other useful sites. When you follow one of those links, the other site may collect information under its own policy. Calc It App does not control that site or its data practices.

Editorial and AI assistance

Calc It App may use software, including AI-assisted tools, to help organize research, draft or edit copy, create original illustrations, and run quality checks. Material claims are checked against the sources used for the guide before publication. We do not collect visitor submissions through this site or send them to an AI service.

Affiliate links

Calc It App may add affiliate links in the future. If a link can earn us a commission, we will place a clear notice near the relevant content. A commission would not change what you pay. Simply reading a page does not send personal information to an affiliate program, but clicking an outside link sends a normal web request to that provider.

Children’s privacy

This site is written for a general audience. It is not designed to collect personal information from children, and it has no account or submission features.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete personal information contained in an email exchange, subject to any record we must keep for security or legal reasons. Send the request from the same email address to hello@calcitapp.com.
